Arc Index 10

Honestly, I think these indexes are underrated. Especially on new layer 1 networks where tokens are fresh and 10-100x potential is inevitable. So why not take the risk with an index that airdrops the top 10 tokens when many of them are still sub 1m mc? Just my opinion.
