OnRecord is where holders of Robinhood Chain tokenized stocks (like NVDAon or AMCon) vote on the real company ballots for those names. Connect wallet, pick For / Against / Abstain, sign. Free. Tokens stay in your wallet. Your tokens = your weight. Held 1,000 AMCon on the cutoff date → you count as 1,000. Same cutoff idea as a normal shareholder meeting. Buy after that date and you’re not in for that vote. Every vote is signed and checkable. When a ballot closes, the mix is locked in (e.g. 70% Against, 20% For, 10% Abstain). How that mix gets voted $RECORD trading fees buy Ondo tokenized shares of the same companies into an Ethereum treasury. Those Ondo shares are what get voted, in the same mix the poll produced. So Robinhood Chain holders set the direction. The treasury casts the shares. What $RECORD is for Fees grow the treasury. More volume → more stock → more shares voting with the poll.
