I believe the market is still massively underpricing $CATE. At a market cap of around $60M, CATE is still incredibly early relative to how big this narrative can become. The coin already has a huge and rapidly growing holder base, meaningful liquidity and serious trading volume within the Solana ecosystem. We are talking about roughly 120–130K+ holders and multi-million-dollar liquidity/volume. But the real thesis isn’t where CATE is today. The thesis is where CATE can go once Solana starts actively pushing this narrative. Solana has already posted about CATE on its official Twitter account and even joined PoorGoat’s stream. Solana doesn’t need another complicated utility token. It needs simple, recognizable consumer and meme narratives capable of capturing attention, liquidity and retail interest. And CATE fits that perfectly. Cats vs. Dogs. CATE vs. DOGE. The simplest meme possible. That’s exactly why I believe the potential here is still being underestimated. At the current valuation, $150M is not some insane moonshot. It’s a relatively small first step. And once CATE establishes itself among the recognizable meme assets within the Solana ecosystem, the numbers start looking completely different: $150M → $300M → $500M → $1B I don’t see $1B as the ultimate dream. I see $1B as a completely achievable market cap. CATE doesn’t need to become a revolutionary protocol. It doesn’t need complicated utility. It doesn’t need to reinvent DeFi. It needs attention. More holders. More liquidity. More volume. More exchanges. More Solana support. More memes. More people recognizing the ticker. That’s how meme markets work. And CATE already has the most valuable thing: A massive and instantly understandable narrative. Dog memes have already proven just how powerful the animal-meme category can become in crypto. And CATE is essentially taking the opposite side of one of the oldest internet rivalries: Dogs vs. Cats. As Solana continues to develop its consumer and meme ecosystem, CATE has the potential to become one of the assets receiving significant attention within that narrative. And if that happens, today’s market cap could look extremely small in hindsight
