In the same way that Radium is the LP's for this and volume runs through RAY, securities are issued through Backpack in return driving value to $BP via proxy. As of now, there is not a DIRECT path of value accrual from this to the $BP token, but I have a feeling something will be baked in later. Over $7.8 BILLION dollars of volume in RWA pairs have been traded since inception. A huge portion of that has been via Stonkfun (I'd say roughly 40% if not more - absolute guess btw) It only makes sense that $BP goes higher as it is more than just a Wallet/Exchange at this point. $BP higher<>Just a backpack higher. Super simple barbell and easy to connect the dots once you see these factors in play. Seems like majority of market participants don't know that Backpack is the main security issuer. Also to those of you in here who have now been paid out an epoch and may not think it's a lot. That is how an index works. You are getting a small, consistent amount of the highest performing coins. The idea is the same as a traditional index fund. You put money in, you don't touch money, money buys the top 10 things that are most likely to go up in value. You are meant to leave the dividends alone over long periods of time, if you do the dividends will grow in value themselves. In our case our dividends (Zcat, Hypurr, Stonkcat, etc) are the most likely coins to go up in market cap, therefore your $2 of stonkcat today could be worth say $200 if stonkcat gets to Zcat size. If you believe in Stonkfun as a platform and think it will succeed long term, this is your ultimate alignment tool. It will make sure that no matter what, you are paid out in whatever is most likely to go up on the platform. This is a long term play for sure but all index funds are, this is one of the only ones in the world that has a chance for price increases of 100X+. And if you think about it, the return we are actually getting for the amounts we are putting in is pretty damn good, I bet it outpaces the S&P 500. And to oversell it, our dividends from Stonk10 will eventually pay their own dividends in Stonk, Zec, Hype, etc. (Obviously I personally benefit from this but) | would highly recommend everyone on Stonkfun have the minimum in at least and just let it accumulate over time. This is the safest, smartest play on Stonk.
